World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the following positions:

The End Trafficking In Persons (ETIP) Program is a 5 - year program life, designed with three ‘pillar projects’—the Prevention Pillar Project, the Victim Protection Pillar Project, and the Policy Advocacy Pillar Project. It will be implemented in the 6 Greater Mekong Sub-region countries due to continuing need to combat trafficking in this sub-region and to maximize World Vision’s comparative advantage in being able to work across borders.
Main Responsibilities: To support WVV to manage the design, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation of the ETIP Program.

- University graduate in any field, preferably in law, community development, or social studies.
- 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in human anti-trafficking.
- Demonstrated capacity in program management.
- Well-developed leadership skills including representation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and supervising staff.
- Excellent English skills.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
Main Responsibilities: To support the ETIP Program Manager to manage the design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of the Victim Protection Pillar Project.
Requirements:
- University graduate in any field, preferably in law, community development, or social studies.
- Two years relevant experience, preferably in human anti-trafficking.
- Good coordination and team work skills.
- Excellent English skills.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
Main Responsibilities: To support the Director – External Relations and Advocacy with administrative assistance to maintain strong relationships with WV’s government partners at all levels and work with related departments and field staff to ensure the effective integration of advocacy into WVV’s programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 1 years relevant work experience in a cross cultural setting, preferably INGOs.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Having sense of courtesy and diplomacy in dealing with government and external partners.
- Good knowledge about the administrative and legislation systems of the country. Be sensitive in dealing with government relations.
- Ability to relate well with different nationalities.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
